The room was lovely looking and the view was pleasant. The accommodation had a central location to Zion square area. I usually went to Patisserie Suisse to grab a bite.

Good looking room with balcony on the level 8 and rich breakfast. Modern decor of the room, attentive staff from front desk to manager. Favourable, stunning location in East Jerusalem district very close to Old City and restaurants areas or shopping areas and the main attractions.

The lobby manager Ali provided exceptional service, making us feel well taken care of. I had a very enjoyable experience at Leonardo Hotel Jerusalem and would recommend it to others.

The stay here was good on the first night of my stay. Had good sleep at the superior queen room with 2 single beds. It had a balcony and a carpet.
